The first instalment in a collaborative outdoor dinner series from Como Taperia and the Paella Guys is happening in Vancouver this upcoming weekend. The Patio Paella Series will aim to offer guests an authentic Spanish patio experience featuring what the duo describe as their freshest paella mixta.

Throughout the summer-long series, the Patio Paella Series will offer guests a close-up view of the two purveyors preparing Paella Guys’ famous chicken and seafood paella in a traditional steel-made paella pan with an assortment of fresh ingredients like red peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomato, and saffron. 

“We teamed up with the Paella Guys two years ago, and people love their paella!” says Como Taperia co-owner Shaun Layton. “This year, we’re making it a series, something to look forward to, especially with our refreshed patio. We can’t wait to welcome the guys on our patio again!”

The Patio Paella Series will take place outside Como Taperia on Sunday every other Sunday from June 12 to August 28. Tickets can be purchased online at $25 per person (not including gratuity). Drinks and tapas will also be available a la carte.
