A unique collaborative dining experience is happening in Edmonton next month at Blind Enthusiasm Brewing’s The Monolith. The three-night dinner event will combine the culinary talents of former Clementine and Meuwly’s chef Roger Letourneau and Diageo Bartender of the Year James and Canada’s 100 Best Bartender winner Grant for a multi-course dinner with cocktail pairings made using Blind Enthusiasm brews.

Along with having the opportunity to watch Grant and Leterouneau prepare each course firsthand, guests of the limited-seat dinner events will also be given a guided tour of The Monolith, while learning about the brewery’s barrel-fermented creations.

While it seems like many of the pre-sale tickets have already been scooped up, Blind Enthusiasm announced today that there are still a selection of seats available for each of the three dinners on October 17, 18, and 19. More information about the collaboration can be found online.
