Today, Fairmont Banff Springs unveiled a brand new outdoor dining venue that will offer guests unique and intimate culinary experiences with panoramic views of the Canadian Rockies and the 132-year-old castle itself.
Located on Fairmont Banff Springs’ scenic Upper Garden Terrace, the 360° Dome will operate year-round and will feature three separate dining experiences: family-style brunch, après ski, and a multi-course dinner.
Designed by the hotel's executive chef Robert Ash, Fairmont Banff Springs’ brunch menu will feature a slew of family-style staples such as eggs Benedict and buttermilk pancakes, while the dinner menu will offer five courses of locally-inspired fare, from Brant Lake wagyu beef carpaccio to Fairwind Farms whipped ricotta with roasted baby beet tartelette.
The après ski menu comes courtesy of the castle's cozy wine bar, Grapes. Known well for its stunning charcuterie boards, guests in the outdoor dome can expect similarly presented offerings of housemade preserves and unique cheese as well as plenty of Canadian wine. Guests will also be able to enjoy hand-crafted cocktails from Rundle Bar during any of these dining experiences.
Fairmont Banff Springs’ 360° Dome can accommodate 2-6 guests and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.
