In Calgary, there are a few key indicators that the holiday season is approaching: Christmas lights begin popping up across the city; the snow on the ground looks like it’s here to stay; and Ricardo’s Hideaway is getting ready to undergo its annual transformation from a Havana-style oasis to a festive tiki bar.
Like previous iterations of the holiday-themed pop-up, this year’s Sippin’ Santa will see the 17th Avenue cocktail bar decked to the brim with festive decorations and guests will be able to order a selection of fun Christmas-inspired tiki cocktails.
The Sippin’ Santa pop-up at Ricardo’s Hideaway will run from November 23 to December 23. Until then, Calgarians in search of fun and festive sips can check out the Miracle on First Street pop-up at Proof, which kicks off tomorrow.
