After completing a successful soft opening this past spring, the Okanagan’s Naramata Inn recently announced that it is planning to reopen its new wine bar Eliza for the fall and winter seasons. Upon reopening, Eliza will feature a new slate of seasonally-inspired food and beverage options designed to compliment the world class wine-focused experience the Naramata concept strives to deliver.
The new dining menu is described as upscale-casual and features a selection of snackable offerings that range from house-fermented potato chips and classic French onion soup to chef Ned Bell’s maple mussel chowder and a rotational burger feature.
Wine director Emily Walker has also created new wine and cocktail menus, with the former focused primarily around hard-to-find Old World and B.C.-based varietals and the latter showcasing local spirits and seasonal ingredients.
Eliza will reopen its doors on October 27 and will be open Thursdays through Mondays from 4 to 9 p.m.
