A new wine bar from the team behind the Okanagan’s renowned Naramata Inn is getting set to celebrate its soft opening today. Located in the Inn’s lower level, Eliza will aim to offer its guests a world class wine-focused experience in a modern, yet comfortable setting.
In addition to offering all new seasonal lunch, dinner, and dessert menus from Naramata Inn chef Ned Bell and pastry chef Liz Stevenson, Eliza will feature a curated wine program from award-winning Naramata wine director Emily Walker that she says will showcase local excellence in winemaking, along with a locally-focused cocktail program and benchmark wines from around the globe.
“Eliza is the Naramata Wine Bar I’ve been dreaming of,” shares Walker. “Every great wine region of the world has an amazing wine bar, and bringing this experience to the Okanagan is incredibly exciting.”
Eliza will be open May 4 to 6 from 3 to 10 p.m. and will begin holding dinner services Mondays through Fridays on May 17. No reservations are required.
