Parq Vancouver recently unveiled a collection of cool ways to help Vancouverites celebrate Lunar New Year, and in addition to a special red envelope giveaway, a traditional lion dance, and a whopping $888,888 cash giveaway, the luxury hotel is also offering a few fantastic food and beverage specials. 

From January 21 to February 11, the Noodle Bar at Koi will be featuring a 3 Treasure Rice that comes complete with soy chicken, roast pork and barbecue pork, along with Shanghai bok choy on a bed of jasmine rice. 

Guests will also have the opportunity to toast to the Year of the Tiger with a special Tiger Paw cocktail at Centre Bar, which features a simple but balanced blend of orange juice, Asian liquor, and grenadine. 

Throughout the Lunar New Year celebrations, visitors can expect to see some spectacular festive decor, including luminous lanterns, decorative umbrellas, and vibrant cherry blossom trees adorning every corner. The hotel will also begin showcasing artwork from the vault of the Legacy Collection of the Canadian International Dragon Boat Festival Society on January 21.
