While the New Year inches closer and closer everyday, many Winnipeggers refrained from making plans while eagerly anticipating the announcement that came yesterday from buzzworthy eatery Nola.
When it comes to making New Year’s Eve plans, securing seats well in advance has always been a safe bet, but many Winnipeggers refrained from making plans while eagerly anticipating an announcement from the buzzworthy Nola.
That announcement finally came yesterday and to the delight of those that are able to secure seats, Nola chef and Top Chef Canada alum Emily Butcher will be serving up an amazing 12-course family-style dinner packed with inventive and intriguing offerings.
Some of the courses New Year’s Eve guests can look forward to include a morel mushroom gnocchi, a pork belly and kuku sabzi, beets and burrata, albacore tuna with persimmon, and maple lapsang grands-peres.
Due to the overwhelming demand, the only seats that remain open for reservations are three- and four-top tables, but trust us when we say that this is one of the rare situations where being a third wheel is actually pretty great.
