After six years and becoming a mainstay dining destination on Calgary's 17th Avenue, Calcutta Cricket Club recently announced its move to a new location on 1st Street S.W.

The contemporary Indian restaurant will see some minor concept, decor and mneu updates in the process as it transitions to Thank You Hospitality's former A1 Cafe space on Dec. 2, 2023.

It will continue its operations its original location until Nov. 26, 2023, and has begun offering a fun weekly 'Greatest Hits' feature menu to highlight some of the restaurant's most popular dishes from over the years. This week, consider popping by for chef Amit Bangar's Lobster Malai and the Here Today, Gone Amaro cocktail.
