This weekend, Calgary's acclaimed Calcutta Cricket Club will be celebrating the first of what we hope will be many major milestones for years to come. To commemorate its first five successful years on 17th Avenue, the restaurant recently announced that it will be hosting an epic outdoor patio party on Septmeber 11.
In addition to an assortment of grilled snacks and cocktails courtesy of Calcutta, patio party guests will also be treated to live music and interactive artworks, along with a few prizes and giveaways throughout the night.
Calcutta will also be partnering with Calgary-based charity Tribe of Lambs to raise awareness and funds for its ongoing efforts to support Indian children who have been denied basic human rights due to their HIV status.
The Calcutta Cricket Club five-year anniversary party takes place on September 11 from 4 p.m. to close. Seating will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
