If you can't get to the beach this winter, perhaps sipping on fun, tropical cocktails is the next the best thing?

The Paradise Emporium: A Tropical Cocktail Escape is set to take place nightly from 4 p.m. onward on Thursday, Jan. 25 to Saturday, Jan. 27 at Calgary's The Prairie Emporium. The event space will be adding some playful beach-y accents and additional foliage to help create a vacation vibe along with https://www.showpass.com/the-paradise-emporium-a-tropical-cocktail-escape/ themed food and drink menu to offer patrons "liquid sunshine, tasty eats and fun times".

While the tropical cocktail pop-up is free to attend, Calgarians are encouraged to RSVP for seats via Showpass. From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., folks will be able to take advantage of The Paradise Emporium's happy hour specials that will include $9 feature drinks and $6 snacks.

Its drink menu will feature plenty of classic drinks like the Jungle Bird, Zombie and Blue Hawaiian, as well as signature cocktails including the Deep Sea Dive (Blue Curacao and white rum Jell-O shot base, topped with a spiked fruit punch highball) and The Lady of the Lighthouse (limoncello, vodka, orange curacao, passionfruit, orange, grenadine).

No matter what you're sipping, all of The Paradise Emporium drinks are served in either ornate vintage glasses or funky ceramic glassware.

The food menu consists of plenty of shareable dishes such as jerk-spiced chicken tacos, a Unimarket salsa sampler, grilled hot dogs with pineapple salsa and coconut aioli, and more.
