Vancouver has no shortage of options when it comes to weekend brunch, but when New Year's Day lands on a Sunday (like it will this weekend) that can make for some slim pickings.

Don't panic because The Victor inside Parq Vancouver has you covered with an epic (re)launch of its weekend brunch service as of January 1, 2023.

The Victor’s New Year’s Day Brunch officially kicks off at 10 a.m. and will feature sure-fire hangover cures like wagyu breakfast burgers, caramelized Bananas Foster French toast, shakshuka and more. Naturally, you'll need a beverage to go along with your meal so take advantage of the restaurant's mimosa cart for some juice-spiked bubbly (or is it bubbly-spiked juice?) as well as the build-your-own-Bloody-Mary bar.

After January 1, 2023, brunch will be offered weekly on Sundays from 10 .a.m to 2:30 p.m. Reservations for The Victor's Sunday brunch are highly recommended and can be made online.
