There's a brand new brunch option debuting in Vancouver on Saturday, March 11 at one of Main Street's most famous eateries, El Camino's.
The ever-bustling spot has long been known for its casual Mexican eats and fun atmosphere and its hoping to extend those good vibes and tasty food to the weekend mornings with a new brunch service that will run on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The weekend brunch menu will include a ton of savoury dishes like huevos rancheros (done El Camino's way with fried tortillas, refried black beans, sunny up eggs, ranchero sauce, avocado slices and crumbled feta), chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and tomatillo sauce, and more. There's also a very delicious-sounding French toast composed of cinnamon bread topped with tequila caramel sauce, whipped cream, strawberries, banana slices and candied pumpkin seeds.

In terms of drinks, the El Gringo stands out being a re-imagined espresso martini made with Hornitos black barrel tequila, Kahlua, coffee, milk and cream. There will also be more usual suspects like mimosas, build-your-own-mimosa kits ($45) and Caesars.
Take note: On Saturdays mimosas are only $6 and build-your-own-mimosa kits are $35 which is truly a bargain. On Sundays, you can get a classic Caesar for $6 or their signature Jalapeno Caesar for $7.
El Camino's is located at 3250 Main Street and open seven days a week. Starting March 11, 2023, weekend brunch will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
