On June 10, giovane bacaro will open its doors with a wine-and-cicchetti bar experience that brings the best culinary aspects of Venice to the heart of Vancouver at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel.
The approachable wine menu is curated by Wine Director Cassandra Mosher to showcase the small, family-run wineries of Northern Italy as well as local selections from BC.
In addition to wine, the menu will offer snacks and small plates by Chef Scott Korzack along with a variety of cocktails, spritzes, and spirits inspired by traditional Italian culture. Guests can also enjoy specialty espresso beverages in the adjacent giovane caffé.
giovane bacaro will be open seven days a week from 11:30 am to late for dine-in restaurant and bar service.
