On December 17, you will be able to warm up with a hearty bowl of authentic Japanese ramen at Four Seasons’ new pop-up ramen restaurant, Let’s Ramen Restaurant + Bar, after a long day on the slopes.
This ramen-ya concept will combine street-inspired relaxed Japanese cuisine with carefully chosen beers and warm sake to the backdrop of street-style artwork created by Whistler artist, Kris Kupskay.
Through a postern door, with only a neon sign to show revellers the way, guests will be able to enjoy hot ramen bowls or yatai inspired share dishes created by Four Seasons’ executive chef, Eren Guryel.
“Ravenous Appetites Must Eat Noodles… noodles and broth, many cultures have a dish made from these two components and there are many variations. One thing that doesn't vary is the warm satiated feeling you'll enjoy after eating a bowl,” says Guryel.
The pop-up will open on December 17, 2018, for a limited time and will be available for visitors from 3 - 8 p.m.
