Award-winning Vancouver restaurant Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is set to host their annual Sunday Seafood Boil Series this summer.
The event usually sells out quickly, with seafood-lovers eager to enjoy the Southern-style dinner experience with West Coast flair.
The summer feast features lobster, jumbo prawns, clams, mussels, Dungeness crab, potatoes, and corn, all tossed in Ma's Boom Bang Sauce, a secret concoction of Cajun spices.
Included in the three-course dinner is locally-sourced Caesar salad, spicy remoulade and green goddess sauce for dipping, and a skillet of fresh cornbread, followed by a blueberry compote and lavender ice cream dessert.
The series will run for six Sundays starting on July 18 and tickets can be purchased online.
