Vancouver’s Di Beppe announced this week that its annual Tuscan-inspired celebration Festa della Polenta will once again take place throughout the month of April. Similar to the three month-long festivals before it, this year’s iteration will feature a special menu of seasonally-inspired Northern Italian staples.
Available in a three-course prix-fixe menu and a la carte, Di Beppe’s 2022 Festa della Polenta celebration includes traditional Tuscan dishes such as polenta croccante with chicken liver pate, creamy polenta with wild boar ragu, and polenta cake with candied orange, walnut, and vanilla zabaglione.
To cap off the festival, Di Beppe will be hosting an interactive multi-course dinner with wine pairings and a traditional polenta pour on May 1. Tickets to the dinner are priced from $85 to $129 per person and can be purchased online beginning on April 5.
Di Beppe is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations can be made online.
