A new conference and trade show from Artisan Distillers Canada is happening in Vancouver next month. The two-day event will aim to provide Canada’s artisan distilling community with an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and bolster their knowledge on technical- and business-related topics that are relevant to the industry.
The Artisan Distillers Canada Conference and Trade Show will kick off at the Vancouver Convention Centre on October 24 with a pair of workshops focused on the art of whisky blending and how to manage yeast and bacteria to craft unique spirits.
The conference continues on October 25 with a series of seminars that cover topics such as distillery build-outs, retail practices, international exports, and more. Throughout the second day, event-goers will also have a chance to meet and mingle with industry experts, top suppliers, and service providers.
Artisan Distillers Canada is currently offering a limited number of bursaries to support attendance from communities that are generally underrepresented in the distilling industry. Women and members of the BIPOC community are encouraged to apply online.
