While we’ll be the first to admit that we have a certain affinity for out-of-the-box holiday eats, we’re also firm believers that traditional Thanksgiving classics have stood the test of time for a reason. With that in mind, if you’re looking to celebrate a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in Vancouver, look no further than Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Notch8.
This year, Notch8 is offering up an indulgent three-course dinner featuring a roasted butternut squash soup with duck confit and apple gastrique to start, followed by a roasted Fraser Valley turkey with an assortment of traditional accompaniments for the main course, and a pumpkin pie with spiced mascarpone cream for dessert.
Notch8’s Thanksgiving service is taking place from 5:30 to 10 p.m. on October 8, 9, and 10. Reservations can be made online.
