Christmas Day is still a little over one month away, but if you’ve been looking to get a head start on this year’s holiday shopping, you’re in luck; Vancouver’s Beaucoup Bakery just unveiled its 2022 holiday collection. 

According to Beaucoup Bakery chef and co-owner Betty Hung, the Yule Be Home for the Holidays collection is a festive nod to both traditional holiday treats and classic Christmas carols. 

The new collection features a stunning selection of holiday confections, with everything from raspberry yuzu and vanilla cookies to rum and honey-infused holiday bonbons, but the biggest draw will likely be the Bûche de Noël, which comes in two flavours: Framboise Vanille with vanilla bean mousse, raspberry pressed sable, raspberry ganache, and jam (pictured below); and Chocolat et Mont Blanc with chestnut mousse, chocolate sponge, dark rum ganache, chestnut frangipane, and cream with chocolate feuilletine crisp.

Beaucoup Bakery’s full 2022 holiday collection is now available to pre-order online. Beaucoup Bakery will also be offering the collection in-person at both its First Street location and the soon-to-be-opened space in the St. Regis Hotel.
