Vancouver’s Temper Chocolate and Pastry just dropped its new holiday lineup and it’s stunning

West Vancouver’s premier pâtisserie unveils its 2021 holiday collection

Temper Chocolate and Pastry unveiled a new seasonal selection of signature festive confections today, and as is typically the case for the award-winning West Vancouver pâtisserie, this year’s collection is as stunning as it is versatile.

Created by owner and acclaimed chef Steven Hodge and his talented team of chocolatiers and pastry chefs, Temper’s 2021 lineup ticks all the holiday boxes from stocking stuffers to creative takes on traditional favourites, to the perennially popular and always quick to sell out Advent Calendars.

In addition to this year's Advent Calendar–which contains a showstopping assortment of beautifully designed bite-sized chewy caramels, salty balls, fruit domes, and holiday frictures–Temper’s new holiday collection include the return of its Bûches de Noël (salted caramel, chestnut, and yuzu vanilla), festive chocolate lollipops, Christmas stollen fruitcakes, hot chocolate bomb-inspired hot chocolate spoons, bags of signature frictures and mini chocolate Santas, edible ornaments, and a selection of seasonal cookies.

Temper’s signature holiday collection will be available to purchase in-store until December 31 while supplies last. Temper is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
