Although we normally tend to focus our coverage around the Canadian food and beverage scene, it’s always exciting to see a Canadian-founded restaurant find success internationally.

Adding to its already expansive North American reach, Calgary-based JOEY Restaurants recently announced the launch of a new location in Newport Beach, California. 

Though more detailed information will likely be revealed in the coming weeks, it’s safe to expect that when JOEY’s new location opens in 2023, guests will be treated to a refined, yet casual dining experience where globally-inspired eats meet coastal ingredients and cuisine.
