Dan Clapson (@dansgoodside) is a national TV personality and co-founder of Eat North. His debut cookbook 'Prairie' hit #1 on the Globe & Mail Bestsellers list in 2023. Beyond the kitchen, Dan is a cultural architect who blends food and the arts through his award-winning Blue Jay Sessions event series, writing the book for the new stage musical 'Christmas, Arizona: The Musical', and more. He currently splits his time between Calgary, Toronto and Prague.
