Try these unique Maple Syrup French Toast Chocolate Bars created by Chez Christophe and Mijune Pak.

You know we love a Mijune Pak moment here at Eat North, so we are quite excited to see that the Vancouver-based food personality and Top Chef Canada judge has just released a new custom confection to coincide with the show's season nine premiere next week.

Last fall, Pak garnered plenty of buzz for her fun chocolate lineup that included a funky Neapolitan Baked Alaska "Snowball" and a Maple Syrup French Toast Bar. Returning for 2021 is the white chocolate and caramelized white chocolate bar as well as a new dark chocolate edition.

The Dark Maple Syrup French Toast Chocolate Bar ($11.95) is made from 100% sustainable Swiss dark chocolate (55%), maple syrup, a langue-de-chat biscuit, and a touch of salt.

“French toast is also nostalgic and something I grew up with. Last year's bar was so popular that ;we thought we'd do something a little different this spring and add some dark chocolate. It's turned out so well," says Pak.

The MijuneXChezChristophe2021 chocolate bars are now available to purchase in-store or online from Chez Christophe.
