In honour of the inaugural Potato Week by Peak of the Market (which is happening now until January 29), Winnipeg's Oh Doughnuts has created a one-of-a-kind offering by way of a ketchup chip doughnut. In celebration of Manitoba-grown potatoes and Canada's most iconic junk food, the bakery is serving up a cake doughnut filled with potatoes and dusted in a house-made ketchup chip seasoning.
Would you try a ketchup chip doughnut? Not surprisingly, I most definitely would!
Dubbed the "Ketchuped Spudnut" this ketchup-chip-inspired doughnut is available at both Oh Doughnuts shop locations while quantites last.
