Here are six Vancouver restaurants serving up holiday feasts on Christmas Day

Christmas Day is less than a week away, and whether you’re a resident of Vancouver or visiting from abroad, there are plenty of ways to treat yourself, friends, and family to an indulgent holiday feast (or two) on the West Coast.

While Christmas dining traditions may vary from person to person, the restaurants on our list provide diners with a plethora of options, from holiday classics like roast turkey and prime rib to locally-sourced seafood and shellfish, to house-made pastries and desserts. 

So if you feel like you've done enough prepping, cooking, and cleaning this Christmas season, head to one of these six places serving up Christmas brunch and dinner in Vancouver and let the pros take care of everything. 

Botanist Christmas Day Dinner

Fairmont Pacific Rim’s award-winning Botanist restaurant has created a sensational six-course menu for Christmas Day, featuring decadent dishes such as Northern Divine caviar, ora king salmon, and 20-day dry-aged duck breast, as well as live music. Botanist has an accompanying kids menu as well, which includes one appetizer, main course, dessert, and refreshment.

Tickets are priced at $135 per person with optional wine pairings for an additional $60. Botanist’s kids menu is priced at $68 per child.

Christmas Day Brunch at ARC

Christmas Day Brunch at Fairmont Waterfront’s ARC Restaurant is perfect for the family or group of friends with varying tastes. In addition to brunch classics like pancakes and waffles, ARC’s holiday buffet features a carvery with prime rib and turkey, eggs Benedict stations, seafood and sushi stations, dessert stations, dim sum, pasta, and much more. Guests will also be treated to live music from one-man cover band Rob Eller

The brunch buffet takes place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Christmas Day. Tickets cost $99 for adults and $45 for children between three and 12 years old.

Teahouse Christmas Dinner

Teahouse’s Christmas Day menu begins with a roasted mushroom and beet blini amuse bouche, followed by a choice between roasted sweet potato soup, crab and shrimp-stuffed mushrooms, harvest salad, or house-made meatballs. Guests will then have their choice of four delectable main course dishes, including slow-roasted prime rib, roasted turkey, sablefish, or a vegetarian bolognese rigatoni. For dessert, Teahouse is offering a choice between classic vanilla creme brulee, or a decadent chocolate hazelnut tarte with toasted marshmallow.

The multi-course Christmas Day menu is priced at $85 per person

The Marriott Pinnacle Hotel’s signature restaurant, Showcase, is serving up a fantastic four-course feast featuring fresh, locally-sourced cuisine with plenty of variety. Dinner begins with cured sockeye salmon with rye bread, dill, and egg yolk puree, followed by Pacific albacore tuna tataki, roasted beet salad, and house-made sourdough. The main course is a lavish 16-ounce peppercorn ribeye steak served with Farmcrest chicken breast, oven-roasted carrots, crispy brussel sprouts, and truffle smashed potatoes. For dessert, guests will have their choice of either baked Alaska hot chocolate with roasted marshmallows or Mont Blanc rum cream with chestnut, almond cake, and matcha ice cream. 

The Showcase Christmas Day menu is best enjoyed with two or more people and is priced at $65 per person. Tickets for children between six and 12 years old cost $25.

Christmas Brunch and Dinner at H2 Rotisserie & Bar

H2 Rotisserie and Bar has created the Christmas feast to end all feasts for this year’s brunch offering. The Westin Bayshore restaurant is offering guests dozens of delicious options, including a carving station with slow-roasted turkey, suckling pig, and honey ham, as well as fresh seafood on ice, classic breakfast items, a kids corner with dessert options, and much more. 

For Christmas dinner, H2 is featuring a three-course meal highlighted by a honey-juniper-brined turkey with classic accompaniments and a house-made pumpkin pie with walnut brown sugar crumble. 

Tickets to H2’s Christmas Day brunch are priced at $75 per adult and $35 per child between six and 12 years old (free for children aged five and under), while the multi-course Christmas dinner is $85 per person.

YEW Seafood and Bar’s Christmas Day brunch offers guests an array of options, including a carvery station with roasted turkey, beef wellington, cedar plank salmon, and potato gnocchi, as well as a seafood raw bar, and seasonal sweets and pastries from the Bakeshop.  

The Four Seasons restaurant has also created a three-course Christmas dinner menu, which offers guests a choice between either seared scallops, lobster linguini, or wild mushrooms on toast to start, followed by roasted confit turkey leg, pan seared sablefish, or beef tenderloin as a main, and two decadent desserts options to finish. 

Brunch is priced at $105 per adult and $50 for kids under 12, while the dinner menu costs $115 per adult and $55 for kids under 12.
