With Canadian food and beverage events back to in-person formats and festival season now hitting full stride, Whistler’s Araxi Restaurant announced this week that its annual Longtable Dining Series will also be making a return this summer. 

Similar to previous iterations, this year’s Longtable Dinner will aim to highlight the region’s freshest farm-sourced ingredients through a four-course family-style dinner prepared by Araxi and fellow Toptable Group eateries Il Caminetto and Bar Oso, along with wine pairings from some of B.C.’s most esteemed wineries. 

The 2022 Araxi Restaurant Longtable Dinner will take place at Pemberton’s North Arm Farm on August 28. Tickets are priced at $249 per person and can be purchased alongside optional transportation packages online.
