This week, acclaimed chef Aman Dosanj announced that the newest iteration of her celebrated Sourced pop-up series will officially be returning to the Okanagan this summer. Similar to previous Paisley Notebook pop-up series, each of chef Dosanj’s experiencial dinners in 2022 will aim to tell a unique story inspired by both the hosts and the seasonal bounty of the region.

According to chef Dosanj, this year’s pop-up tour will showcase centuries-old Indian cooking techniques while highlighting the importance of serving farm-fresh organic foods to Indian culture.

Of the first six pop-ups that have been revealed, some of the highlights include a wine-paired dinner at Covert Farms featuring an Indigineous-led foraging tour, a four-course organic wine-paired dinner at Lightning Rock Winery, and family-style feast at Sperling Vineyards that pays tribute to Indigenous teachings and slow food.

Tickets to each of the first six Sourced pop-ups will become available to purchase via email this Sunday. When booking, be sure to include which pop-up you wish to attend along with your contact information, number of guests, and allergy information. All menus can be made vegetarian upon request.

Additional pop-up dates are expected to be revealed in June, so keep an eye on the Paisley Notebook Newsletter for up-to-date announcements.
