Today, Calgary’s unique event space-meets-bar The Prairie Emporium announced what will likely be an ongoing series of collaborative chef-driven pop-ups, the first of which will take place on April 21.
TPE Chef Collab Volume 1 will feature a contemporary four-course dinner prepared by acclaimed Calgary chefs Lam Pham of Pure Asian Kitchen and Bar and Scott MacKenzie of River Cafe.
Throughout the sit-down dinner, guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of natural wines that have been curated by Bricks Wine Co. sommelier Erin Loader, along with a range of a la carte beverage options from The Prairie Emporium bar.
A limited supply of tickets are currently available at $70 per person.
