Richmond, B.C.’s Versante Hotel announced this week that it will soon be opening the doors to a sleek new addition to its already-impressive dining portfolio. Alaïa, which is the Arabic term for “sublime”, will aim to provide Versante guests with an experiential escape through food, art, music, and more.
The interior of Alaïa features bold décor with unique designs, along with a wrap-around patio that offers sweeping views of the hotel’s scenic surroundings. In addition to a menu of caviar, Champagne, and sake, guests will also have the option to receive private table service with an exclusive tasting menu developed by chef William Lew.
Though the 12th floor Champagne and caviar lounge will primarily serve as an in-house destination exclusively for hotel guests, Alaïa will also host thematic monthly events, beginning with a Halloween-inspired occasion when it celebrates its grand opening on October 28.
Alaïa will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 3 to 11 p.m. More information along with hotel packages, highlights, and amenities can be found online.
