The Ritz-Carlton Toronto recently unveiled an expansive assortment of holiday-themed offerings that will be available at the hotel for the duration of December. In addition to a full festive makeover throughout the hotel, each of the Ritz-Carlton Toronto’s culinary concepts will be featuring holiday-themed offerings.
For those who feel like adding a little fanciness to their festive celebrations, EPOCH Bar and Kitchen Terrace will be offering a luxurious afternoon tea service. The service also serves to introduce a new lineup of seasonal offerings, such as roasted Ontario beef ribeye, miso-glazed black cod, and mushroom parfait.
On December 24 and 25, EPOCH will also be hosting a traditional turkey dinner with an assortment of classic accompaniments and a seriously stunning black forest gâteau holiday tree (pictured above), while on New Year’s Eve the restaurant will be serving a prix fixe menu featuring a prime rib roast.
TOCA will also be offering set menus from December 24 to 26 for both weekend brunch and dinner. For brunch, guests can expect a packed lineup of traditional Italian brunch buffet favourites including eggs Benedict, seared branzino fillet, and herb-marinated cornish hen. For dinner, TOCA will be offering a three-course dinner featuring classic Cena di Natale dishes like minestra invernale, turkey roulade, and panettone pudding, which will be available both in-house and to-go.
