After closing the doors to his iconic City Park bakery in early June, acclaimed baker Bryn Rawlyk and the team at Saskatoon’s The Night Oven reopened this past weekend in a new and much larger location.

In addition to simply offering more interior space to help the team meet an ever-rising demand, the new Night Oven also features a new 40-inch mill, an authentic Italian pizza oven, a new wood-fired stove, and a new coffee machine.

Aside from the addition of a few new offerings, which Rawlyk has said could include dried and fresh pasta and sandwiches, guests can expect The Night Oven to continue its simplistic approach to baking by creating high quality breads and pastries from organic and seasonal farm-sourced ingredients.

The new Night Oven is located at 216 Avenue D North and is open Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
