A new farmers' market is getting set to make its debut at Toronto’s iconic Roundhouse Park this weekend that will bring Ontario farmers and vendors together to support local agriculture while driving tourism to the national historic site.
Conceived by Steam Whistle Brewing, the Roundhouse Farmers' Market will offer an abundance of locally-made baked goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, organic meat products, locally-sourced honey, and more. In addition to supporting local vendors such as DeLaTerre Bakery and SoDelish, market visitors will also have an opportunity to experience all the historic site has to offer, including the Toronto Railway Museum, The Rec Room, and the Steam Whistle brewery itself.
The Roundhouse Farmers' Market opens August 15 and will be open every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
