Following several weeks of impressive individual performances and ultimately joining forces to claim the victory in this year’s Top Chef Canada finale, Season 9 champion Erika Karbelnik and fellow finalist (and husband) Josh Karbelnik have kept their collaborative momentum going through a number of interesting events.
The husband-and-wife duo’s latest collaboration will see the two team up with celebrated Top Chef Portland alumni Sara Hauman and Iron Chef Canada champion Paul Boehmer for a series of multi-course dinners on September 3 and 4 at Toronto's Boehmer Restaurant.
The Top Tier Border Alliance dinners will offer two separate seatings per night, during which guests will be treated to a six-course tasting menu with wine pairings, along with a special dish inspired by Erica’s Top Chef Canada win.
Tickets for each seating are priced at $175 and can be purchased online.
