A new restaurant concept from a trio of renowned restaurateurs is coming to Whistler, B.C. in the spring of 2022 that will aim to offer up an elevated take on Pacific Northwest cuisine.
Led by Iron Chef champion, Wall of Chefs judge, and current Boulevard executive chef Alex Chen along with Araxi restaurant director and sommelier Neil Henderson and BC Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee and Toptable Group founder Jack Evrensel, Wild Blue Restaurant and Bar plans to provide a one-of-a-kind fine dining experience focused around sustainable seafood and locally-sourced ingredients.
The restaurant itself is situated in the heart of Whistler Village, and boasts an impressive 150-seat indoor dining room with an open kitchen concept, a raw bar, lounge and cocktail bar, as well as a private dining room and outdoor patio.
The Wild Blue Restaurant and Bar team is currently in the process of readying the restaurant for its anticipated opening, but will likely release more information via Instagram in the near future.
