Winnipeg’s frozen river pop-up RAW Almond will officially return this winter

The iconic winter dinner series has officially put out the call for guest chef submissions

Following a lengthy pandemic-induced pause to its iconic pop-up winter dinner series, renowned chef Mandel Hitzer announced this week that RAW Almond will be making its long-awaited return to Winnipeg in 2023. 

The legendary dinner series has long been revered for drawing many of the country’s best and brightest chefs who, over the course of three weeks, come together to collaborate and cook nightly multi-course dinners in a uniquely-designed venue built on the frozen river.

RAW Almond is currently accepting submissions from chefs who would like to participate in this year’s dinner series as a guest chef. Submissions can be sent directly to chef Hitzer via email.
