With its official release on Tuesday, Aug. 29, co-authors Twyla Campbell and Dan Clapson are celebrating the debut of Prairie: Seasonal, Farm-Fresh Recipes Celebrating the Canadian Prairies with three exciting book launch events across two provinces.
The cookbook contains 120+ recipes that celebrate all things prairie cooking (and ingredients) through a contemporary lens by the authors as well as notable chefs from across Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Adam Donnelly (Petit Socco), Christie Peters (Primal), Jenni Lessard (By Nature Culinary Consulting), Steve Brochu (MilkCrate) and Jinhee Lee (JINBAR) are just a few examples of chefs that appear throughout the captivating cookbook.
