End the year right with some of Canada's best contemporary Thai cuisine

While many of us will undoubtedly be ringing in 2023 with a glass of prosecco in hand alongside good friends, we all deserve a delicious dinner before midnight celebrations.

Vancouver’s Maenam has just unveiled their New Year’s Eve offerings for both take-home and dine-in dinner experiences and, well, it all sounds quite wonderful. Take-home NYE dinner sets (feed two to three) all feature five contemporary Thai dishes created by Maenam’s Michelin-recognized chef Angus An and are priced at $145 (vegetarian) and $165 (omnivore or pescatarian).

Omnivore - Oxtail Soup, Smoked Duck Breast Nam Tok Salad, Chu Chi Curry with Seared Scallop, Crispy Cumin Pork Rib Stir-Fry, Bua Loy Tapioca and Coconut Dessert 

Pescatarian -  Hot and Sour Seafood Soup, Soft-Shell Crab and Green Mango Salad, Chu Chi Curry with Seared Scallop, Three-Flavour Whole Fried Red Rockfish, Bua Loy Tapioca and Coconut Dessert 

Vegetarian - Tom Kha Banana Blossom and Mushroom Soup, Roasted Beet Salad with Vegetarian Nahm Jim, Vegetable Curry Zucchini Pad Cha Stir-Fry, Bua Loy Tapioca and Coconut Dessert

Similar offerings are available for dine-in with guests able to select a variety of dishes to share at the price of $85 - $98 per person (minimum two people per table).

New Year's Eve dine-in reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis by booking online through Resy or calling Maenam (604-730-5579). The restaurant notes that a credit card is required to guarantee bookings, with cancellations permitted up to 72 hours prior otherwise a fee will be incurred.
