Everything that's happening in the Canadian food and drink scene are adapting to new norms and rules these days, and our Prairie Grid Dinner Series is no exception. Transforming from a large-scale pop-up dinner to a unique marketplace for our annual Prairie Grid experience allows us to keep our "proud to be prairie" mantra alive while offering up Prairie-made food, drink, art, and music in an atmosphere that feels safe for everyone.
