A national TV personality and co-founder of Eat North, he saw his debut cookbook 'Prairie' hit #1 on the Globe & Mail Bestsellers list in 2023. Beyond the kitchen, Dan is a cultural architect who blends food and the arts through his award-winning Blue Jay Sessions event series, the culinary-drag competition 'Sashay, Fillet!', and more. He currently splits his time between Calgary and Prague.
