Nadège Patisserie, Toronto’s beloved pastry and dessert destination, has expanded its range of sweet treats and has opened a brand new ice cream shop at its flagship store in the Queen West neighbourhood. Customers can choose from 16 new ice cream and sorbet flavours inspired by chef Nadège Nourian’s signature cakes and popular desserts.

Using only natural ingredients, the Nadège ice cream slowly infuses real flavours directly into the ice cream and sorbet, creating an intense flavour and velvety texture. With crème anglaise as the base for the ice cream, it's super rich and bursting with flavour! For the sorbet flavours, a high concentration of real fruit is used; creating a finished product that is as refreshing as biting into the delicious juicy fruit itself.

"At Nadège, we are always striving to create new, exciting and of course delicious offerings for our customers,” said Nourian. “The creation and launch of our new ice cream shop have been a vision of mine for some time and I’m thrilled to finally open its doors and share these new refreshing flavours with Toronto."

Some of the flavours offered include Baked Caramel Crunch, Canadian Gourmet, Cassis Sorbet, Jindai, La Mancha, Lemon Cheesecake, Lemon Meringue Tart, Marie Antoinette, and Mojito Sorbet.

In addition to the brand new ice cream shop at Queen St. West, Nadège will also be serving up soft-serve ice cream at their Rosedale, Scarborough Town Centre and Yorkdale locations.
