In recent years, it has become somewhat of a trend for kitchen appliance and cookware companies to debut annual or seasonal colours. Much like how many eagerly await Pantone to announce its colour of year–which is Ultimate Gray, if you didn't know–I also look forward to colour updates from companies like KitchenAid.
Opting for a warm tone entitled "Honey" for 2021, the golden-orange colour will be offered with KitchenAid's famous Artisan Stand Mixer and the K400 Blender.
"Over the past year, we've seen that Canadians are craving a sense of community and comfort more than ever before," says Julie Cluff, director of sales and marketing for KitchenAid Canada, in today's announcement. "With Honey, KitchenAid marries the sweetness of togetherness with a golden-orange shade consumers are already naturally gravitating towards."
Suggested retail prices for the mixer and blender are $629.99 and $299.99 respectively and are both now available for purchase online as well as through various kitchenware-focused stores across the country.
