This week, Edmonton’s Hayloft Steak and Fish announced that it will be teaming up with some of the city’s top chefs and producers to host the first Swine and Dine dinner in more than two years.
Taking place on May 31, this year’s Swine and Dine three-course dinner will feature a whole, slow roasted porchetta from Irvings Farm prepared by Dark Side Of The Grill chef Mel Chmilar, along with charcuterie spreads from Workshop Eatery and a few surprises from chefs Paul Shufelt, Picho Velasquez, and Christian Schmuland.
Tickets to the Swine and Dine dinner are priced at just $68 per person and can be purchased online.
