It’s no secret that sports are not exactly our specialty here at Eat North, but it’s hard to be situated in Calgary and not catch a little Flames fever during playoff time. And when it comes time to commemorate big wins like the one we witnessed last night, we have plenty of practice celebrating with a scoop of ice cream (or two).
With that in mind, Foothills Creamery recently released a custom hard ice cream rendition of the Saddledome’s popular Cinnamalt Swirl soft serve so Flames fans can now celebrate their home team from the comfort of their own homes.
Foothills Creamery’s new C of Red Cinnamalt Swirl is now available in 500ml tubs at Calgary Co-op locations across the city. Foothills Creamery plans to expand to additional retail outlets in the coming months, so keep an eye on their Instagram feed for up-to-date announcements.
