Last week, Edmonton’s Fu’s Repair Shop announced that it will soon be hosting its first-ever collaborative pop-up alongside local natural wine purveyors Garneau Block.
Known for serving up delicious all-day dim sum, intriguing share plates, and creative cocktails in a truly unique atmosphere, Fu’s Repair Shop has quickly become one of Edmonton’s most buzzworthy spots since opening its doors back in April.
The pop-up will feature a four-course menu with pairings like Szechuan oil poached sablefish with lacto-citrus ponzu, chili pepper, ginger, and soy bean sprouts paired with Keltis Cuvee Extreme and the dry-aged spiced duck breast with black garlic stir-fried greens, charred scallion, rice, and noodle paired with Pet-Nat Field Blend Piquette.
Fu’s Repair Shop and Garneau Block’s pop-up night is taking place on November 23. While the initial 7 p.m. seating was extremely quick to sell out, seats are currently still available for the 5 p.m. seating.
