They say with every ending comes a new beginning, and whenever acclaimed food writer, former Montreal Gazette food critic, and bestselling cookbook author Lesley Chesterman announces the beginning of a new project, our ears perk up with eager anticipation.
The most recent food-focused endeavour for the iconic Canadian writer comes in the form of a new culinary newsletter called Lick my Plate. Officially launched in late February, Chesterman’s newsletter features everything from recipes and wine recommendations to food travel tips and restaurant reviews.
The weekly Lick my Plate newsletter is currently free to subscribe to for the entire month of March, after which it will shift to a subscription program priced at $7 per month or $70 per year. Chesterman has also announced plans to include cooking videos, podcasts, wine review videos and more as the newsletter grows, so we recommend getting in at the ground floor before demand skyrockets.
