Food Network Canada's chef Steven Hodge launches YouTube channel

The Temper Chocolate & Pastry owner announces new instructional video series

Known best by Vancouverites for his deft hand at chocolatiering and pastry-making at Temper Chocolate & Pastry, and across the country as the host of Project Bakeover and co-host of Great Chocolate Showdown, pastry chef Steven Hodge has just announced his first-ever YouTube channel.

Steve's Sugar Shack promises to be a channel chock full of easy-to-follow techniques, tips, and tricks to help aspiring pastry chefs and home bakers alike hone their culinary craft. Hodge will premiere weekly episodes every Friday and says that viewers can expect a mix of special guests as well as cocktail-making and barbecue content in addition to all things chocolate and pastry.

"It’s going to be a fun, fast-paced channel that’ll take some of the mystery out of the process and show foodies how easy it can be to bake and work with chocolate out of their own homes,” said Hodge in the YouTube channel announcement.

Folks interested in learning more about chocolate-making and baking are encouraged to subscribe to Steve's Sugar Shack on YouTube to get reminders about Hodge's weekly instructional videos and other fun content.
