Earlier this year when Noble Pie announced that it was departing from Eighty-Eight Brewing Co., Calgarians freaked out...myself included. It's not like any of us ordered the spectacular pizza every week–or if you did, you must have been a very lucky person–but knowing that one would not have the ability to order Noble Pie for an unknown amount of time? Scary stuff!
Yesterday to much relief, the pizza maker unveiled their soon-to-be-open location beside Metrovino and The Cookbook Co. Cooks in the alleyway of 10th Avenue S.W. between 6th Street and 7th Street S.W. Though there aren't a ton of details in terms of the space's layout, the design will be done by Fort Architecture (Cannibale, Monogram Coffee, Establishment Brewing, Ol' Beautiful Brewing Co.) and will hopefully be open by July.
Stick to Noble Pie's Instagram feed for future updates and the official opening date.
