This week, renowned Toronto chef and Food Network Canada personality Andrea Nicholson announced an exciting new pop-up concept launching next door to her acclaimed Butchie’s restaurant. While chef Nicholson and Butchie’s haven’t revealed many extensive details about Banana’s as of yet, we do know that the pop-up will officially open on July 14th with a menu featuring an array of creative gourmet ice cream sandwiches.
Banana’s also announced that from now until the pop-up officially opens its doors to guests in just under two weeks, they will be divulging a different menu item daily, starting with today’s reveal of a peanut butter cookie-inspired ice cream sandwich.
The full menu along with detailed breakdowns of each ice cream sandwich creation will be announced via Banana’s Instagram page, so keep an eye out for daily updates.
