One of the best things to come out of the pandemic times has been a restaurant's penchant for providing high quality take-home meals. While many have stopped their weekly take-home offerings, shifting focus back to "normal" operations, some still offer unique holiday meals to-go.
Calgary's Yellow Door Bistro has a great offering for Easter long weekend with a multi-course dinner that includes dishes like pull-a-part brioche with everything bagel spice and garlic butter, maple-glazed and house-smoked ham, wilted kale with braised shallots and shaved brussels sprouts, and a mascarpone cheesecake with oat crumb, pineapple compote and mini easter eggs.
The Easter dinner to-go costs $65 per person and can be picked up at Yellow Door Bistro inside Hotel Arts from Friday, April 6 to Sunday, April 8, at any time between 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
